I really can't stand hunting at all. I can understand if you do it for survival. Its not even a sport anymore. It use to be you'd grab some camo (or maybe some dark green) a rifle and than you would head off into the woods and track them. Now all you do is set up a tree stand blanket the area with scent and then set up an auto feeder and than you just sit their and wait. God no wonder Americans are all fat. We're all to lazy to walk for our food. Than the hunters are like "look at him, that's a 10 point buck, he's so beautiful and majestic". Well he was untill you put that .308 through his skull, now you got brain matter all over your boots.

Live up in wisconsin hunt with a 45 so yeah have to get close to cap a deer but heck that is the fun part playing elmer fudd and sneaking up on the deer teaches you to be quite.

Even if you eat it afterwards, you're still doing it for fun. Sorry but I don't think people go hunting and train and buy guns and equipment and all that because they can't afford to go to the grocery store. ): There is something about killing for fun that just seems unwholesome.
